Summary
Job responsibilities: Work in accordance with the practices timetables The delivery of highly effective medical care to the PCN population Effective management of long-term conditions Process administration tasks in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated tasks Undertake same day triage (on a rotational basis) Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance Work collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload Ensure best practice following clinical guidelines, policies and practice protocols Contribute to QOF requirements with accurate record keeping and coding Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required Contribute effectively to the development of the practice including clinical governance, training, financial management and HR Ensure compliance with the appraisal process Prepare and complete the revalidation process Dedicated to self-learning and continuing professional development Support the partners in achieving the strategic aims of the practice Ensure effective team working Home visits as required
