Summary
Advanced Clinical Practitioner essential criteria: Registered with the NMC or HCPC, educated to degree level Recognised teaching or mentorship qualification or experience Registered current Non Medical Prescriber qualification Significant previous experience in elderly care, frailty, community services or relevent acute care speciality GPwSI / Specialist Doctor Frailty / Combined Medic / GPWSI / Specialty Doctor Care of the Elderly essential criteria: Full GMC registration or eligibility to be included on the register and holding a current license to practice at the time of appointment. Minimum of 4 years post graduate experience (or equivalent of part time/flexible basis) Experience of assessing and treating people in an inpatient or community setting and as part of an MDT Experience of treating elderly patients and long-term conditions Evidence of post graduate CPD and ability to implement new developments and treatments Specialist Doctor Virtual Ward essential criteria: Registered with the GMC Recognised teaching or mentorship qualification Significant previous experience in elderly care, frailty, community services or relevent acute care speciality Highly specialised clinical and technical skills in managing a range of clinical conditions Proven significant experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary team Proven skills in managing complex patient/service user caseloads Experience in carrying out clincial audit and quality improvement projects As Medical Staff working on the Bank for HCRG Care Group, youll be part of our valued team across BSW.
