Summary
Patient Services Advisor General Enquiries Main Duties and Responsibilities: To be the first point of contact for patients over the telephone providing information, answer queries, give test results, book appointments and signpost patients to appropriate services. To have a general knowledge of the processes and procedures within the practice in order to advise patients relating to any and all enquiries. To be able to inform patients of test results To prepare repeat prescriptions To signpost patients to other services both internally and externally Other Admin Duties to include: Maintaining a Frailty Diary Diabetic Eye Screening Administration Coding cervical screening results on to patient records and diarise. Change of Address OOA Cervical Screening Results Patient registrations Admin duties commensurate with the range and scope of the role.
