Office Coordinator

A leading contractor based in the South Coast is seeking a Office Coordinator to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the busiest contractors within the South with over 30 years' experience as one of the leading paramount contractors.

About the role of Office Coordinator

This contractor traditionally specialises in new build and refurbishment projects, including education, health care, MOD & industrial. Traditionally valuing between £500K - £15M across Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex for private and public framework clients. The role of Office Coordinator will be based out of their Head Office in Portsmouth.

Responsibilities for Office Coordinator

  • Proactive diary co-ordination, travel arranging, produce itineraries.
  • Manage & monitor multiple email inboxes.
  • Set up & schedules including location, agendas, taking minutes & follow up action points.
  • Collaboratively work across all departments

Requirements for Office Coordinator

  • Previous experience within the construction industry is advantages.
  • Proven history within a similar position
  • Effective communication and IT Skills
