This is an exciting opportunity for an effective individual to become part of our team that delivers real change to people’s
lives. You will deal with a wide range of property clients from local Councils and London Boroughs, Network Rail, DfT, TfL, Water
companies, and Telecoms providers to homeowners, farmers, equestrian and agri businesses and small and multinational commercial
businesses. You will take an active part in assisting with the negotiation of acquisition and relocation packages for a range of
property types including farming businesses, commercial and industrial businesses and residential property, supporting the

Your work each day will vary, you could be supporting with gaining consent for access across third party land, negotiating lease

make a difference to the world we live in. You will be from land management, environmental, infrastructure, planning &
development, land administration, geography, real estate and various educational backgrounds, you will develop a broad
understanding of the role in the entire property/real estate lifecycle from land registration/mapping to management to development
to remediation and re use.

Ideally you will have a RICS accredited degree, however we do welcome applications from candidates with non-accredited degrees and
