Summary
Added Care is looking for motivated and caring individuals who posses a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for client. This role offers our clients the choice of companionship care, personal care, and complex care assistance.
As each client has their own individual requirements, no two days are the same.
* Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of dementia care and complex care needs is advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
* Physical capability to perform moving and handling tasks when required.
* Assist with mobility tasks and knowledge around current equipment.
* Valid driver's licence is preferred for transportation duties.
* Certification in relevant training is an asset but not mandatory.
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need is absolute.
