Are you a nurse-qualified leader ready to make a regional impact?
We’re looking for a clinically confident, NMC-registered professional to step into a newly created leadership role within our expanding Scottish Division at Care Concern Group. This is your chance to support, shape, and strengthen complex care delivery across a small portfolio of care homes in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and occasionally Aberdeen.

At Care Concern Group, our growth in Scotland is accelerating with new homes joining our portfolio and others being commissioned. We want to ensure that every home meets exceptional standards of clinical care, particularly for residents living with advanced dementia, complex physical health needs, neurological conditions, and palliative requirements.

This is where you come in. You’ll be a trusted partner to Home Managers, a go-to mentor for clinical leads, and a visible leader on the floor when it matters most.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide hands-on clinical and operational support across a group of homes
  • Lead improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes for residents with complex needs
  • Support new managers in embedding best practice and meeting regulatory standards
  • Guide services through Care Inspectorate inspections and internal quality reviews
  • Be a clinical role model someone who inspires teams and builds confidence at all levels

What we’re looking for:
This role requires a current nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and NMC registration.
We are unable to consider applicants without this essential clinical foundation.

You’ll also bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in elderly care
  • Deep understanding of complex care, frailty, dementia, and long-term conditions
  • Confidence leading large, multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity environments
  • Clear knowledge of Care Inspectorate frameworks and Scottish Health & Social Care Standards
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and improving efficiencies
  • A warm, empowering leadership style with an ability to get the best from others
  • Experience overseeing multiple homes or working in a peripatetic support role is highly desirable.
