Summary
Employability and Skills Adviser
£24,242 to £27,000 per annum- 37 hours per week
We wish to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Employability and Skills Trainer who can support our clients to upskill by providing a range of group and individual interventions to progress their strengths and identify strategies to address barriers to learning.
The Employability and Skills Trainer will be required to deliver a portfolio of bespoke training courses to support residents to improve their health and well-being, confidence and motivation and to support them to consider volunteering and further learning to help them to progress and move into employment and sustain their job.
You will have experience of working with adults, the ability to use a variety of training strategies and activities to empower learners and motivate them to achieve. The ideal candidate will be a warm and welcoming people person, with excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion to help others progress.
