Conveyancing Assistant - Chesterfield
A Solicitors practice based in Chesterfield is looking to recruit a conveyancing assistant to their growing property team
The successful candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate upwards of 1 years experience working within residential conveyancing and will have a good knowledge across the broad range of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters.
The role will entail working alongside an property lawyer within a small team with the aim to efficiently progress transactions and provide the consistently high levels of service to client that is expected of the firm due to their outstanding reputation locally in residential conveyancing work
