Do you want to be part of that?

Our access-focused grant-making plays a vital role in enabling the charity to achieve its strategic ambition to make DofE more accessible than ever before. To date, our access grants have supported over 590 new organisations to begin running the DofE and enabled over 37,000 young people to start their Award.

Working within the UK Strategic Programmes (UKSP) directorate, this role will support our access-focused grant-making, working closely with the wider UKSP and UK Operations teams. This strand of our grant-making provides pump-prime grant funding to newly Licensed Organisations supporting them to start offering DofE to the young people they work with.

The UKSP team lead the DofE’s grant-making, sector innovation and business development, helping translate ideas into income and tangible impact.

Extensive expertise in overseeing Microsoft and CRM data to facilitate informed decision-making processes and shape decision outcomes effectively.

You will work in a dynamic and driven team, supporting the design, development, and implementation of significant grant-making funds, increasing access, and giving more young people the opportunity to benefit from the DofE.
