About the Role
As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a highly skilled engineering team, overseeing preventative maintenance and delivering reliability across a fast-paced, highly automated facility.
You’ll be accountable for minimising downtime, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring compliance with UK/EU legislation.
You’ll manage budgets, champion safety, and take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion.
About You
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Engineering Manager with:
A degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical field
Extensive maintenance experience in an automated or FMCG environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate others
A track record of delivering capital investment projects
Strong communication and planning abilities
