Summary

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Actively promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture that supports the Charity’s purpose of Making Life Better and i-care values to increase morale, productivity and performance.


2. For each of the key duties listed the post holder will work in collaboration with the High Life Development Manager, Area Leisure Managers, Leisure Managers, High Life Coordinator and other HLH staff, to achieve the outcomes.


3. Contribute to the key growth area within the High Life Highland Business Plan to increase High Life subscriptions.


4. Assist and support the High Life Development Manager in identifying opportunities to generate new income streams and increase High Life membership through the provision of tailored initiatives and programmes targeted at individuals, children, and families


5. Assist in the preparation of reports for the High Life Highland Charity Board, Trading Board and Finance and Audit Committee as required.


6. Be aware of industry trends and have a business outcome approach.


7. Assist with the implementation of promotions / sales of the High Life Membership across all services.


HIGH LIFE HIGHLAND JOB DESCRIPTION

8. Sell High Life membership through direct sales calls and written correspondence with existing/potential customers.


9. Manage the generic mailbox and respond to enquiries from internal and external customers.


10. Assist with the creation and co-ordination of correspondence between High Life Highland and corporate clients.


11. Meet external clients with the aim of generating new joint working opportunities and corporate memberships.


12. Co-ordinate High Life stand and promotion at key events and represent the charity at meetings, functions and events.


13. Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of Inverness Leisure Centre and High Life Highland as a whole.


14. Attend and undertake any training online or in person.


15. Aim to reduce wastage and uphold our environmental values of being as sustainable as possible in all tasks.


16. Assist and support other areas of High Life Highland with particular projects, training or in the event of holidays or sickness working cross-functionally across the Inverness Leisure Centre team.
