The Role of the Account Manager
The Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening relationships with national clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards. You will act as a central point of contact for your accounts and work closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and developing strong, lasting relationships with key national accounts
Acting as the main liaison for maintenance services and product delivery
Coordinating project timelines and updates with internal teams
Monitoring client communications and portals, ensuring prompt responses
Logging projects on the ERP system and keeping invoice dates accurate for forecasting
Supporting compliance processes such as advertising consent applications
About You – Account Manager
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to relationship management.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience in account management or a customer-facing project role
Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
A strong sense of ownership and commitment to client service
The ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
