Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Manage and prioritize the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, documents, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records and databases to support business operations.
Coordinate communication between departments and ensure information flow is efficient.
Support financial processes by tracking expenses and assisting with budget preparation.
Conduct research and gather data to assist in decision-making and problem-solving initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
