Summary
Job Title: Dumper Driver
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £20.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 14 July 2025
Duration: Ongoing
Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced Dumper Driver to join a site in Tunbridge Wells. While not essential, candidates with a Roller ticket are highly desirable. Tis is a long-term opportunity offering stability and competitive pay.

Duties Include:
- Operate a dumper safely and efficiently on site
- Assist with general groundworks as needed
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness at all times
Requirements:
- A valid CPCS or NPORS card (with dumper category)
- Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Previous experience on construction would be advantageous
- Roller ticket is an advantage, but not essential
