Unique Support & Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our specialist EBD residential care home in Westminster, London. This is a rewarding opportunity to shape the lives of vulnerable children by providing high-quality, person-centred care in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Our home provides a safe space for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)—many of whom have experienced trauma, abuse, or disrupted attachment. We are committed to helping them heal, develop resilience, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and Regulation 7
• Manage daily operations, staff supervision, rotas, and quality assurance
• Lead and inspire a skilled care team to support children with complex emotional needs, a main necessity Ofsted Registered Of worked under Ofsted organisation
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and safeguarding practices
• Maintain strong relationships with children, families, professionals, and stakeholders
• Drive a culture of safety, respect, emotional containment, and continuous improvement regarding Children
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection policies regarding ( Children )

What We’re Looking For
• Registered with the CQC or eligible to register
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children or Adults pathway accepted)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role in social care
• Proven experience supporting children with EBD, trauma, or challenging behaviours
• Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding legislation, and CQC requirements
• Enhanced DBS (Adults’ Barred List) or willingness to apply
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable and essential:
• First Aid and Medication Administration certified
• Proficient in digital care planning systems
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car
• Experience working with children in informed environments or therapeutic care settings
