* Apprenticeship-trained or suitably qualified in engineering (HNC/NVQ Level 3 or above)
* Experienced in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Strong commitment to Health & Safety, risk awareness, and safe systems of work.
* Proven experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
* Competent with welding (MIG, TIG, MMA) – desirable.
* Proficient with MS Office and CMMS systems (e.g., Agility).
* Organised and resourceful; able to prioritise tasks and make sound judgments under pressure.
* Able to work independently or as a lead within a team, especially in high-pressure situations.
* Confident delegator, decision-maker, and problem solver.
* Excellent communication skills.
