Summary
Spark Active (formally Kingsbury School Sports Partnership) is looking to recruit reliable, passionate and professional senior curriculum sports coaches to:
Deliver high quality curriculum Physical Education lessons in contracted primary schools in a team teach capacity, physical activities at lunchtime and structured after school clubs. To support curriculum coaches and line manage coaches as required, be the lead member of staff for holiday camps. To design and deliver workshops to different audiences as part of the membership offer. To liaise with a cluster of member schools to ensure they access their full membership offer.
We are looking for coaches to work in Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Great Barr, Kingstanding, Hodge Hill and Yardley.
We require sports coaches with a minimum of a Level 2 Coaching Qualification and Level 3 / 4 PE Coaching Apprenticeship or PE/sport degree or relevant experience in education setting (min 3 years).
We will invest in employee’s professional development and will provide first aid training and additional coaching qualifications if necessary. We also provide regular observations, providing constructive feedback to enable employees to improve their own practice.
