About the role:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and well-organised individual to join our school team as a Receptionist, working one day per week.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and pupils, and should be confident, approachable, and able to handle a range of front desk responsibilities with professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and signing in visitors
- Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries
- Supporting staff with basic administrative tasks
- Managing post and deliveries
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
Previous experience in a school or similar environment is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are important.

Work Schedule:
1 day per week, 7.5 hours, Wednesdays 08:00 – 16:00
Term time plus inset days
