About the Role
• Coordinate and support SEND provision across our eight rural primary and first schools
• Work closely with our existing SENCOs, school leaders and wider staff teams
• Responsibility for the completion, submission and ongoing management of EHCP applications
• Engage families and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for pupils
• Benefit from dedicated SENCO time and manageable caseload support
Based across multiple sites, with travel support available
Commitment to safeguarding
The schools have a commitment to safeguard children and have a culture of vigilance to support this. The post holder will be required to undergo a disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service before taking up employment.
