Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturer based in Newton Abbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team producing high-quality, delicious products enjoyed across the UK.
Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
Location: Newton Abbot - Heathfield
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am - 16.30
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and packing food products
- Ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met
- Working as part of a close-knit production team
- Operating machinery (full training provided)
What we're looking for:
- A good work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Previous food production or factory experience is a bonus - but not essential
- Attention to detail and reliability
