Summary

TALENT ACQUISITION ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Remote, with occasionally travel to the head office

Pay rate: £13.36 per hour

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week – Full Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join Tops Day Nurseries and Shoots at our Head Office in Southbourne. This is an exciting opportunity with an expanding employer! Tops and Aspire was founded 1990 and we have been established for over 30 years. Here at Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team, we have an outstanding reputation in delivering the best quality eco-sustainable childcare and education across the South and the South-West. Operating throughout Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Devon, we supply education and care at every stage via the provision of nursery care for the children and vocational training.

This role will involve supporting in all aspects of administration within our positive and proactive Talent Acquisition team.

About You

You will not need to have had previous recruitment experience to be considered for this role, however you will need to have strong previous experience within an administrative role, where accuracy, attention to detail, communication and excellent time management are a must.

We are looking for someone who can not only work independently, but can also work well as a team, have strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

Your Responsibilities and Duties will involve:

  • Creating and updating job descriptions and adverts
  • Posting job adverts on the company website and external job boards
  • Recording vacancies and applications through our internal tracking system
  • Collating and shortlisting of applications
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes for recruitment-related meetings
  • Being a point of support for our recruiters
  • Assisting with interview confirmations and scheduling of interviews
  • Ensuring candidates have the relevant documentation and that this has been returned
  • Ensuring in-house systems are up to date and accurate
  • Managing the reporting for the team
  • Any other additional requirements in order to support the recruitment team
