Summary

Helpdesk Administrator

A leading contractor based in the South is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the busiest contractors in the South Coast.

About the role of Helpdesk Administrator

This contractor traditionally specialises in new build commercial projects, including education, health-care, MOD & industrial new builds, refurbishments & extensions. Traditionally valuing up to £15M across the South for private and public framework clients. The role of will be based out of their Head Office in Woking.

Responsibilities for Helpdesk Administrator

  • Proactive diary co-ordination, travel arranging & producing itineraries.
  • Manage & monitor multiple email inboxes.
  • Accurately report all key information into the business systems from clients, subcontractors & operatives

Requirements for Helpdesk Administrator

  • Previous experience within the construction industry is advantages.
  • Proven history within a previous Helpdesk position would be beneficial
  • Effective communicator with strong IT Skills
