We are now seeking an Soft Landings Lead to join our team atIBF DEFRA Welsh BCP, Parc Cybi, Holyhead, LL65 2YQ
What you’ll do:
FM and Project Coordination
Support and coordinate facilities management and construction projects to keep things running smoothly.Reviewing Project Requests
Look over project ideas, check the details, and help with estimates, cost-saving options, and budget control.Preparing Work Scopes
Write clear work instructions for maintenance jobs done by outside contractors.Liaising with Stakeholders
Work with clients, users, finance, operations, and senior staff to keep everyone informed and on the same page.Following Processes
Make sure projects follow company rules and procedures.Meeting Legal Standards
Ensure the building meets all legal and safety requirements before it’s handed over.
What you bring:
- Attention to detail
- Degree level or equivalent in Engineering discipline or construction
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction / maintenance environment
- Supply chain management
- Ability to keep focus on day-to-day performance whilst simultaneously pursuing longer-term opportunities
- Influencing people and negotiation
- Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels
