Your new role
The Change Manager provides strategic oversight for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and governance frameworks. Plays a pivotal role in the HR transformation and technology programme by spearheading change management strategies and initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and effective transition for the entire organisation, by creating and fostering strong stakeholder engagement, directing clear and consistent communication strategies, overseeing comprehensive training programs, and promoting a culture of adaptability and innovation.

Contract duration - 9 months (likely to extend further for 9 to 12 months)
Location - West Drayton - UB7 0GB (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week from office)

Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with the HR transformation objectives and technology deployment.
  • Engage with leaders, HR teams, and employees to build understanding, acceptance, and enthusiasm for the new HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and devise strategies to mitigate risks and resistance.
  • Design and deliver a communication strategy including materials and channels that effectively convey the purpose, benefits, and progress of the transformation initiative.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and support mechanisms to ensure successful adoption and capability development across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to integrate change management activities into overall project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate change readiness and user adoption through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching and support to HR leaders and teams to help them drive change within their departments effectively.
  • Identify and address potential barriers to change, working proactively to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices in change management and incorporate innovative approaches as appropriate.
  • There is an expectation that you will undertake ad-hoc work on an exceptional basis or provide relevant cover for other team tasks.

Required skills

  • Oracle and HR transformation experience essential.
  • Strong process and communication skills.
  • Experienced in end-to-end change delivery.
  • End to end change experience on high level transformations
