Your pay rate as a full time Transport Administrator:
You will be paid £14.21 per hour
Typical working hours as a full time Transport Administrator:
You will be working Monday - Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 - 15:00.
Your role as a Transport Administrator:
- Liaising with the Facilities Team ensuring tasks are reported and completed in a timely fashion
- Ensuring all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high standard
- Owning the de-briefing process with the drivers
- Undertaking any other reasonable task as required.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Knowledge of Transport Management system is highly beneficial
- Previous experience within a transport organisation
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
