I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established, luxury hotel and dining venue in Broadway, Worcestershire. Following a high-profile chef partnership and a major relaunch last year, this site has fast become one of the go-to destinations in the Cotswolds. They’re now looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help take the kitchen to the next level.

    The Role:

      • Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead service in the Head Chef’s absence
      • Maintain quality standards across prep, service and presentation
      • Take ownership of sections, mentor junior chefs, and support training
      • Help manage wastage, food costs, and compliance
      • Maintain strong collaboration between front and back of house

      About You:

        • Proven experience as a Senior Sous or strong Sous Chef in a quality fresh food kitchen
        • Calm under pressure, confident leading large brigades
        • Positive communicator, natural mentor and team player
        • Passionate about cooking at a high level, with a strong attention to detail
