Key Duties:- Support residents with housing needs and personal development
- Monitor rent and reduce arrears through early intervention
- Conduct well-being and facilities checks
- Promote education, training, and move-on opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams for holistic support
- Experience in housing, support, or social care
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Empathy, initiative, and a resident-focused approach
- Enhanced DBS (Child or Child & Adult) - issued in last 12 months or on Update Service
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Additional compliance may be required
