Sales Manager – Park House Barns (Autism Plus Social Enterprise)
Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, with regular travel
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending upon experience
Contract: Permanent

Essential: Full, clean Driving License with access to own vehicle

We create handcrafted artisan chocolates, all crafted with care by our talented team, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.

We’re now looking for an experienced, motivated and values led Sales Manager to help us grow our customer base, develop partnerships and increase our reach, all while championing the people at the heart of what we do.

What you’ll do:
- Lead on driving product sales across retail, wholesale and corporate markets
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, partners and stockists
- Develop and deliver sales strategies that align with our social purpose
- Support seasonal campaigns and promotions (including Christmas gifting, events and fairs)
- Work closely with our production team to align supply and demand
- Represent Park House Barns at external events and showcase opportunities
- Be an ambassador for inclusive employment and Autism Plus’ mission

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within food, gifting or ethical retail
- Confident in generating leads, negotiating deals and meeting sales targets
- Passionate about social enterprise, inclusion and doing business for good
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel locally for events or client meetings
