Summary
Job Overview Continued- The post holder should be an exceptional communicator, problem solver and able to build positive and effective relationships. We have an office base at New Mill, Saltaire and work between there and virtually at home to support all BDCFT health services. There may be requirements to attend multi-agency meetings across the district. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership and management skills who are able to support BDCFT staff to ensure best practice and who are able to work with partner agencies, influencing best practice and providing assurance. BDCFT Safeguarding team works between an office base at New Mill Saltaire and virtually at home to support all BDCFT health services. There may be occasions when multi-agency meetings need to be attended across the district. It is required to be a car driver with a valid Driving License.
