Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Assessor to join a growing team in London. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in assessing properties for retrofit projects and have a strong background in domestic energy assessment. This role involves conducting detailed evaluations of buildings to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residential properties to determine retrofit requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of traditional buildings to ensure appropriate and effective retrofit solutions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement retrofit strategies.
- Stay informed about current legislation and best practices in energy efficiency and retrofit standards.
Qualifications:
- Retrofit Assessor certification.
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
- Level 3 Award in Traditional Buildings.
- Full UK Driving licence.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using assessment tools and software.
