About the role:
This role is based at our Rowde campus.
· Based at our Rowde campus which sits in a sensory rich setting of 35 acres. A setting ideal for enhancing learning through nature, a haven for exploration and discovery, offering an inclusive outdoor learning experience to all.
· You will work alongside 40 other experienced teachers at our Rowde campus, a supportive environment where you can learn, share and work collaboratively together.
- Create a sensory-rich, exploratory learning environment that supports each child's individual learning journey
- Contribute to a culture where teamwork, empathy, patience and creativity are central to everything we do
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings a strong understanding of SEND and the unique challenges you might face in the role
- Is passionate about Primary aged Education and nurturing young learners
- Brings strong communication and observation skills
- Has a creative and imaginative approach to curriculum delivery
- Can foster a stimulating, safe and motivating learning environment
- Works effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Has patience, empathy and compassion, understanding that every day is full of new experiences for these pupils
- Can adapt teaching to meet a range of SEND needs
- Values sensory play, outdoor learning and real-world exploration
