You'll be joining an established contractor specialising in high-end residential developments across Cumbria and the North West. Their latest project is a luxury apartment block in Barrow-in-Furness, designed with exceptional standards and premium finishes. Your new role
As a Joiner on this site, your duties will include:Hanging internal doors and fitting all associated ironmongery with precisionInstalling skirting boards and other decorative timber featuresLaying flooring to a high specification across multiple apartmentsCarrying out second and final fix joinery to meet luxury standardsYou'll be working alongside a team of experienced trades and site managers with an immediate start available. The role is expected to last for a couple of months, with potential for follow-on work on future projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you'll need:Proven experience as a site joiner, especially on high-spec residential buildsYour own tools and PPECSCS cardAttention to detail and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
