About the Role:

Assist in the development, support, and maintenance of internal applications and system integrations.
Help investigate and resolve issues raised by staff and students via email, phone, or remote access tools.
Work alongside developers and wider IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
Learn to manage the full lifecycle of systems, from planning and design through to testing and implementation.
Contribute to documentation, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Previous experience in a support or development role (e.g. via a placement, internship, or part-time job).
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git, TFS), Agile working practices, or integration platforms.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
A friendly, inclusive and supportive working environment.
On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
The chance to work on systems that make a real difference to students and staff.
Opportunities to develop skills across the full software development lifecycle.
