We're Growing With Purpose — Be Part of It
We’re a company that’s constantly evolving — expanding what we offer and improving how we do it. That means we’re always looking for thoughtful, motivated people who want to grow with us, not just work for us.
What matters most here isn’t ticking every box — it’s showing up with curiosity, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We’ll support you with the training and tools to build a career you’re proud of.
If you're someone who takes pride in your work and values being part of a team that’s building something real, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: £8.36 per hour (16-17), £12.21 per hour (18+)
Contract Type: Seasonal, part-time positions available
Hours: 24 to 30 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days
About the Role: Our Accommodation and Housekeeping Team plays a key role in creating a great guest experience. They make sure our holiday homes are spotless, fully stocked, and ready to welcome guests, while also helping to keep shared facilities across the park clean, tidy, and well-presented.
It’s hands-on, fast-paced work — especially on busy check-in days — and the team is often the first line of response when something needs attention. Whether it’s replacing missing items, spotting repairs, or ensuring everything is up to standard, their attention to detail makes a real difference.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Thoroughly cleaning and preparing holiday units for new arrivals
• Checking inventories, replacing any missing items, and reporting stock used
• Providing or changing out bed linen and towels when needed
• Reporting any damage or repair needs promptly
• Supporting general cleaning tasks across the park — including laundry rooms, reception areas, offices, and washrooms — as directed by the General Manager
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in a job well done. If you’ve worked in a similar role before, that’s great — but it’s not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your attention to detail, and your attitude.
We’re a team that pulls together, especially when things get busy. There’s no “that’s not my job” mindset here — just a shared focus on making sure every guest has a brilliant experience with us. If you’re someone who’s flexible, proactive, and customer-focused, you’ll fit right in.
The Right Fit Has:
• Experience in a similar role — or the ability to pick things up quickly
• A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• A genuine commitment to delivering great service, every time
