About the Role:
Join a dedicated team making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. As a Residential Children’s Worker, you’ll support children and young people through both the everyday moments and life’s bigger challenges—helping them achieve personal milestones and build confidence along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support, encouragement, and care to young residents
Promote the development of essential life skills and independence
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Work closely with a team of professionals to deliver the best possible care

Experience supporting vulnerable children or young people in residential settings
