Contracts & Operations Manager – Bespoke Luxury Homes
Glasgow-based with travel across Scotland | £50,000–£65,000 + package | One-year contract (potential extension)
QBuild is a specialist main contractor delivering high-end, bespoke residential projects across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Operations Manager to take ownership of site delivery, planning, and commercial coordination across multiple live projects.
This senior leadership role bridges office and site, working closely with Directors, Lead Builders, and clients to ensure every home is built to exacting standards. You will lead site teams, oversee programmes, support technical procurement, and contribute to monthly valuations.
✅ What we’re looking for
Proven experience managing high-end residential builds (£1m+)
Strong site leadership and commercial awareness
Ability to plan, anticipate, and resolve delivery challenges
SMSTS (or equivalent), with multi-site or contracts management experience desirable
