We’re currently on the lookout for an inspiring Room Leader to join our vibrant and caring childcare setting — someone who’s ready to lead with heart, creativity and confidence.
And here’s the extra exciting part:
As well as leading your room, you’ll also be registered as a Third in Charge — stepping up to help run the setting when our Manager and Deputy are away. It’s a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and grow your career in early years!
What You'll Be Doing:
✨ Leading the daily rhythm of a joyful room
✨ Planning fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences
✨ Creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels seen and celebrated
✨ Supporting and inspiring your fellow team members
✨ Communicating warmly and professionally with families
✨ Playing a key role in our leadership team as Third in Charge — keeping things running smoothly when needed
What We're Looking For:
✔️ A FUN individual who is imaginative and inspiring
✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar early years role
✔️ Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ A genuine love for early childhood education
✔️ Up-to-date First Aid and Group C Safeguarding certification
