Do you have experience in an administrative role and strong IT skills? Are you a team player with experience dealing with customers? Our Housing Administrator role may be the role for you.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Housing Administrator to join our Business Support Team in supporting the work of our Homes and Wellbeing department.

The Role

Working as part of a small team, you will deliver comprehensive administrative support to a large department. You will be committed to providing a high-quality service, maintaining a positive approach to your work and enjoy a challenge. This role involves working closely with internal and external colleagues to achieve and maintain high standards.

Your main duties include but are not limited to:

Maintaining two inboxes
Placing orders for Homes & Wellbeing
Dealing with a variety of enquiries regarding utility bills
Coding invoices for authorisation
Maintaining and applying for TV licences, Health & Safety returns, Housing Benefit letters, and more

What we are looking for

Our ideal candidate has experience in an administrative role, strong IT skills, and a good level of numeracy and literacy skills. We are looking for a candidate who is a team player and can work well within a small team; a self-motivated, adaptable person who is committed to providing a high quality, professional service.

This could be the perfect role for you if you’re someone who:

Has the ability to work well under pressure and can successfully manage and prioritise a varied workload
Enjoys a challenge and embraces change
Enjoy working with numbers - a lot of the work is financial administration
Takes pride and ownership of their work, ensuring it is of a high standard
Wants to get stuck in and work closely within a great team of colleagues
Please note you will be required to complete a work-related test as part of this recruitment process.



Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm. Hybrid working is available for this position, with 3 days per week working from the office and 2 days per week working from home (once fully trained). Our Head Office is based in Clifton.
