Summary
Operational responsibilities: 1.Assist the Estates Manager for a part of the engineering services plant and equipment within the unit. 2.Ensure an effective maintenance and breakdown service for that part of the engineering services plant and equipment. 3.Assist the Estates Manager in producing an system for those engineering services plant and equipment. 4.Participate in the formulation of annual programmes, works budgets, operational and strategic policies. Training: To attend training establishments as necessary. Provide training, technical advice and support to trainees and Maintenance Assistants. Any other duties appropriate to the grade.
