WEEKLY PAY
IMMEDIATE STARTS
We are seeking refuse loaders to support the permanent team at the Weymouth Depot. As an agency worker you will need to provide your availability weekly and shifts will be allocated on a weekly basis. You can gain up to 37hrs per week but you will need to prove reliability and work ethic with ad hoc shifts to start with. Many agency workers have gained permanent positions by applying when roles are advertised by Council. No experience required, as full training is provided. All we ask, is that you are:
• Able lift / move heavy loads repetitively
• Walk up to 12 miles per day (Climbing in and out of HGV trucks)
• Good road awareness skills
• Willing to work in all weathers
• Ability to remain calm in conflict situations
• Be reliable and a team player
