Summary

We're looking for a Information Coordinator (Document Controller) to join our Construction team in Wales.



Location: Cardiff, South Wales

Contract: Permanent, full-time



What will you be responsible for?

As an Information Coordinator (Document Controller), you'll be supporting the Western and Wales region of the business.

Your day to day will include:

-Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedures.

-Expediting late documentation from the clients and consultants.

-Assisting the team with internal document reviews.

-Providing weekly reports on the status of all documentation.

-Publishing Kier produced information to the CDE, in line with the agreed document control protocol.



What are we looking for?

This role is great for you if you:

-Have worked within a main contractor environment within construction.

-Enjoy working with systems and proposing new ways of working.

-Can run and present reports when required.

-Have previous experience with an EDMS (BIM Extra or 4 Projects).

-You must be highly organised, be able to manage your own workload and work well under pressure.
