Summary
Oxford Lifelong Learning is seeking to appoint a part-time receptionist to provide a high level of customer service to students, staff, visitors and residents.
About the role
This is a part-time (.1507FTE) position, available on a permanent contract. The shift pattern is Saturdays 1.30pm to 7pm
About you
Working at our busy Rewley House reception, you will have excellent organizational and communication skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone. You must be reliable, well-presented and be able to use your initiative to answer queries and solve any problems. Your reception duties will include using the Department’s online booking system, so you will need to have good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication. Reception experience would be a significant advantage for applicants applying for this post, although it is not essential.
