  What You’ll Do:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across your subject area

    
    

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils progress

    
    

  • Help plan resources and assist with classroom preparation

    
    

  • Promote positive behaviour and a productive learning environment

    
    

  • Gain insight into the workings of a successful secondary school

    
    What We’re Looking For:

    • A recent or upcoming graduate (2:1 or above), ideally in a subject taught at secondary level

      
      

    • Passionate about education and making a difference in young people’s lives

      
      

    • Confident, reliable, and eager to learn

      
      

    • Any prior experience working with teenagers (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is beneficial but not essential

      
      

    • Available full-time from September 2025 to July 2026
