Summary
Our client based in Peterborough is currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join their growing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting interviews with potential candidates
Performing quality checks to ensure standards are met
Liaising with the agency to coordinate staffing and order requirements
Managing a fast-paced warehouse floor
Monitoring KPIs and achieving performance targets
Building and leading an effective team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is essential
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
