We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Nursing Associate to join our friendly, supportive and exciting family Heart Failure Team who delivers care within the hospital and community setting at Salford Royal Hospital, Part of the Northern Care Alliance.

You will embrace the challenge of working in a highly diverse environment, committed to becoming the safest organisation in the NHS. You will be registered with the NMC and have experience of working in a hospital or community environment. As a Nursing Associate in the Heart Failure Team, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to meet the needs of the heart failure patients within primary and secondary care.

You will need to have experience of working in an acute hospital environment or community setting as well as a Nursing Associate qualification at level 4. Experience of working with patients with acute medical patient's would be an advantage.
