Summary

The Floorheating Group Ltd in Darwen are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Data Office Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.

• Managing and maintaining data entry and administration tasks:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update databases with new information
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
• Assist with general office duties such as answering incoming calls, responding to emails, making outgoing calls
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular quality checks
• Provide outstanding phone etiquette when dealing with clients and colleagues
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
• Booking overnight accommodation as and when required

Ideal applicant:

• Someone who is confident in taking incoming calls and confident in making outgoing calls
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to work independently
• Motivated to learn new skills and work as part of a team
• Strong written communication skills
• Ideally GCSE pass in English
• Preferably driving license but not essential

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm / Friday 9am - 12pm / 30 minutes lunch / 2x 15 minutes breaks / 35 hours per week
