Summary
LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced painter to support our maintenance team in providing property refurbishment and a day to day repairs service.
LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced painter to support our maintenance team in providing property refurbishment and a day to day repairs service.
In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package including:
- A salary of £39,209 per annum
- A 37.5 hour working week
- A pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions
- A holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum

Key activities include:
- To carry out painting and decorating within reactive, cyclical and planned maintenance.
- To assist with the provision of adaptations for Lochaber Care & Repair clients.
- To operate within a computerised work planning system, of which, full training would be provided.
