Post: Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Location: Fulford School

Salary: Grade 4, Level 1

Actual annual salary:£22,088 based on 37 hours per week, term time only plus 3 additional weeks during school holidays. working 9am – 4.30pmWe’re open to candidates who are able to work term time only plus 1, 2, or 3 weeks in the holidays—this can be discussed at interview based on your availability and preferences.

Contract: Permanent – 2x positions available

Start date:1st September

The main purpose of the job will include:

You will have well developed communication, interpersonal and ICT skills which will help you to undertake work in support of the schools operations – this may include compiling information& spreadsheets, administration of school trips, general filing and a range of data inputting. As a front line representative of the school – be this in person, by phone or email – you will be able to demonstrate proven customer experience and an ability to interact with a range of people sometimes in a pressurised but friendly environment.
