The Opportunity
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with a Senior Account Manager and receive hands-on training and mentoring to develop your skills in sourcing and placing top talent with clients across the UK and the Middle East.
Your role will include:
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Managing the recruitment process from initial brief to placement
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be challenged, supported, and given the tools to thrive in a commercially driven setting.

Has previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
